We make our Milk Bread to a Swiss Recipe using milk, eggs and wheat flour. The Swiss call this Zopf and is traditionally eaten on Sunday mornings. The dough is made into a plait and brushed with egg York giving a golden crust. The crumb is soft, creamy and delicious. The bread goes well with butter, jam and cheeses. Weight 300g.
